1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is operated by Focus Cubed Inc. ("Focus Cubed", "we", "us"), based in Tokyo, Japan. These terms cover your use of the website and its content. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

The website describes our communication programs, coaching and change-management work. The information on it is general and is not an offer or a contract. Any services we deliver to you or your organization are governed by a separate written agreement, including any satisfaction guarantee, whose terms are set out in that agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The text, frameworks, articles, graphics, logos, videos and downloadable documents on this site belong to Focus Cubed or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may:

• view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use;
• link to any page;
• quote short excerpts with a clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

You may not copy, republish, sell, translate, or build training materials from our content without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any client area;
• introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the site;
• scrape or harvest the site in bulk by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;

If you send us information through a form, by email or otherwise, please make sure it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Client dashboard

Some clients receive access to a private dashboard. Access is personal to the person it was issued to. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised. We may suspend access that appears to be misused.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. No professional advice; disclaimer

Articles and resources are provided for general information and education. They are not legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and results depend on your circumstances. We may change the site, and we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

12. Language

These terms are written in English and translated into Japanese for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
