Common questions.

Is this an English class?+

No. Our program focuses on communication strategies rather than language mechanics. Participants can make significant gains even with only basic conversational English. As one participant put it: "I am now convinced that the problem is not language, but communication."

What level of English do I need?+

There is no minimum English level requirement. We've seen professionals with basic English vocabulary make remarkable improvements in their confidence and effectiveness. The skills are designed to work with the language you already have — not to require more.

But my employees seem fine. Are they actually hesitating?+

This is the most common observation — and the most misleading. Our surveys show that up to 64% of employees from indirect communication cultures feel frustrated in global meetings, while only 9% of their direct-culture colleagues are even aware of it. Can I take this as an individual?+

How is this different from traditional communication training?+

Traditional training assumes a shared cultural context. Our approach recognizes that communication norms vary dramatically across cultures, particularly along the direct-indirect spectrum. We focus on practical skills that help professionals navigate the unwritten rules of global meetings, making them more effective regardless of native culture or language proficiency.
